Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Supreme Solutions is the trade name of J Biz Supreme Solutions Corp, a New Jersey corporation doing business as Supreme Solutions ("Supreme Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and want you to understand how we handle information.
This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used through this website at supremesolutions.biz (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only.
If you engage us for consulting services, any information you provide during that engagement, such as applications or financial documents you send to us directly, is collected outside this Site and is handled under the separate agreement that governs that work. This policy addresses the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only a limited amount of information through this Site.
(a) Information you provide. The Site offers a contact form. If you choose to use it, we receive the information you enter, which is:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your selection from the "what do you need help with" menu
- An optional message, if you choose to add one
Providing this information is voluntary. The Site does not require you to create an account, and there are no logins or passwords.
(b) Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and its hosting provider automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your request. This information helps us operate and secure the Site.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Site. The Site does not request or gather Social Security numbers, bank statements, account or routing numbers, tax returns, driver's license data, or credit reports, and it does not use bank-data aggregation services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
- Evaluate how we may be able to assist your business
- Follow up with you about our consulting services
- Maintain ordinary business records
- Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and misuse
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not run behavioral advertising or ad targeting on this Site.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party marketers or lead vendors.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form processor that delivers your submission to us by email. We also rely on standard email and web-hosting providers to operate the Site. These providers process information on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your message.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.
- Protection of rights. We may disclose information where necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Supreme Solutions, our clients, or others, or to investigate potential violations of our Terms.
- Business transfers. If Supreme Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site depends on third-party services and contains links to other websites. When you submit the contact form, your information passes through Formspree, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider likewise operates under its own policy.
The Site also links to external pages, such as a press article and a social media profile. Those destinations are controlled by others and governed by their own privacy practices, not this policy. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service or site you use.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This Site does not set its own cookies, and it does not currently run analytics software or any advertising or behavioral tracking. Third-party services that the Site relies on, such as the form processor and the hosting provider, may set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own policies.
If we add analytics or other tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is used and how you can control it.
7. Data Retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records. We may retain information for a longer period where that is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove its association with you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information submitted through this Site, and the Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmitting information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own discretion.
9. Your Privacy Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the Site, and you may ask us to stop sending you follow-up communications. To make any of these requests, email john@supremesolutions.biz and include enough detail for us to locate your information and confirm your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.
Categories we collect. Consistent with Section 2, the only categories of personal information we collect through this Site are identifiers, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number, and internet or other electronic network activity information, such as your IP address and the technical data received when you visit. We collect this information directly from you when you use the contact form and automatically from your device and our hosting provider.
Business purposes. We use these categories for the purposes described in Section 3, including responding to inquiries, following up about our services, maintaining business records, security, and legal compliance.
No sale or sharing. Supreme Solutions does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
Your rights. Subject to the law's limits and exceptions, you have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us with any request. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request. Email john@supremesolutions.biz with enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your information. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days and will let you know. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
11. Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of other states that have comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale. If you live in one of these states and would like to exercise a right, contact us at john@supremesolutions.biz and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
12. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information through the Site, contact us at john@supremesolutions.biz and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Significant changes take effect when the updated policy is posted, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
