About John
Born a point guard. Built to make the assist.
Long before Supreme Solutions, John Baiano was a standout point guard at St. Peter's on Staten Island, and he earned a full athletic scholarship to play at Southern New Hampshire University, a respected NCAA Division II program. Point guards, as he puts it, are born, not made. The job was never to be the headline. It was to read the floor, see the play before it happened, and set everyone else up to win.
That instinct is exactly what Supreme Solutions runs on today. John built the firm to play the same role for the businesses it serves. The firm reads the floor, lines up the right pieces, and makes the assist that turns a tough spot into a win.
In 2018 he made the most important assist of his life off the court, becoming a living organ donor for his mother. It's the clearest possible signal of who he is: loyal, all-in, and good for his word. The same integrity and follow-through go into every client relationship.
